Limited Warranty
Your satisfaction is important! Unless otherwise indicated, we warrant our items against defects in materials or manufacturing for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the product. If defective, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion. Damage due to shipping, alterations to the product, use in an manner other than purposes in the product description, or other actions by the customer are not covered under this warranty.
Returns
We accept returns ONLY for defects in materials, construction or errors in specifications on our part. If you need to return an item you MUST contact us FIRST at (888) 333-3503 or at sales@atomiccityindustries.com and obtain an RMA authorization number and return shipping instructions.
Shipping back to Atomic City Industries will be at the expense of the customer. Customers are advised to properly pack and insure items they are returning. Atomic City Industries will not be responsible for any loss or damage in shipping. If an item is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact your carrier for reimbursement.
In most cases, Atomic City Industries will pay for return shipping upon repair or replacement of an item due to defects.

Product Appearance
Product appearance may differ slightly from depicted in images above due to differences in materials used or improvements in the manufacturing process.
Indoor Use Only
Unless indicated otherwise, items with electrical components are NOT intended or approved for outdoor use.
Customization
If customized options for a product are indicated, a mockup image of customized lettering will be provided to the customer for approval. Once approved, the customized product will be manufactured. Changes to the lettering after approval will incur an additional $30.00 charge.
Choking Hazard
Unless otherwise indicated, our products are not intended as toys and should be kept out of the reach of children. While our products are extremely durable, they are not intended for rough handling and it could potentially break resulting in small parts which could be a choking hazard.
