No, we’re not printing money, but we are 3D printing The Mint! This is is near-scale model of the famous Mint Casino sign printed in durable polymer. The Mint Las Vegas is another great example of a Vegas mid-century modern eye-catcher with its sweeping elegant curves, bold styling and lighting (optional).

The MINT Sign Creation

The Mint Las Vegas first opened in 1957 with the landmark sign built by YESCO who nicknamed it “The Giant” (Message us and we’ll send you a link to YESCO’s fascinating 1957 documentary of the sign’s design and construction). It was the largest electric sign ever built at the time and soon became a Vegas icon. This model will certainly be an icon in your bar, man cave or home office! The Mint Las Vegas replica sign was a challenge to re-create because there are no known publicly available photos showing the sign from straight on, only from an oblique angle. Compare our renderings to the photos we have and you be the judge of how well we did! The sign requires over 80 hours to model, print and assemble, but we’re sure you agree the result is worth it!

This sign is modeled in PLA polymer and is a perfect size for a desktop or bookshelf (12″ long x 9-1/2″ tall x 3-1/2 to 4″ deep). Larger or smaller sizes are available upon request for an additional charge.

Since this is a hand-made-on-demand item, please allow 15 to 20 business days to produce and ship.

The MINT Sign Illuminated Option

We are also proud to offer an internally lit LED option complete with 120 volt AC – 12 volt DC wall adapter with a convenient inline on/off switch. The super-bright LEDs are very low power and give off almost no heat. Makes a very attractive and striking conversation piece! Select either the “Non-Lit” or “Internally Lit” option to purchase.
